The Clearinghouse is the premier marketer of producing oil and gas properties. Our firm offers a comprehensive line of marketing techniques including: (I) auctions (both live oral bidding and on the Internet), (ii) negotiated transactions, (iii) electronic data rooms, (iv) data rooms and (v) technical services. We represent the Seller only and do not own any oil and gas properties. We do not bid for ourselves or others on any property. In order to do our job well, we harness the latest petroleum industry techniques and practices.

The Clearinghouse's corporate offices are located at 390 Benmar Drive, Suite 100, Houston, Texas 77060 (the southwest corner of Imperial Valley Drive and Benmar Drive) near Bush-Intercontinental Airport. The Clearinghouse was incorporated December 1, 1992. The officers and managers of The Clearinghouse were each employed in other oil and gas exploration and production capacities for a significant period prior to that time.
